  I keep trying to give the Starbucks a chance since it's so close by my home . There drinks are weak but customer service is great . Except the guy with the beard it's sort of weird . This particular time I went in for a chai tea latte and a reusable cup and straw of water. He came to the window and peeled the paper off touching the straw . Now maybe it's just me but my reusable straw does not have to be opened . I asked if he could just give me a new straw . He responded it's going to be the same ! Went to the back and came out with the same opened straw . Horrible this is not sanitary it was charged to my card because I stopped using the rewards system . I do not like the rewards system . I called customer service to advise sanitary processes should be practiced here . Spoke to a agent named Tasha who response was REALLY, I know how that can be . Not really interested in what I had to say and was singing in her sentences . Then she placed me on hold and came returned saying the manager of the store will contact me in 3 business days . Really ! I don't want compensation I want a reusable straw left in the closed packet . I would like clean practices at this Starbucks . I will not be returning
